If you experience any issues with one of our manicures services within three days of your appointment, we’ll gladly fix it, at no additional charge. We DO NOT offer refunds.
For prompt and most accurate assistance, all concerns and inquiries must be addressed via phone: 845-809-8800. We may request photo(s).
We DO NOT accept Instagram DMs and e-mails for booking, cancellations and rescheduling.
Service Animal Policy: To ensure a safe and sanitary environment, pets and emotional support animals are not permitted. Only trained service animals assisting individuals with disabilities or impairments are allowed in the salon.
Any voicemails left after business hours will be returned within 24 hours and or next business day.
